The new enterprise acts as a bridgehead between China and Europe. On the one hand their interests in the implementation of the new environmental directives will be represented, on the other hand C&ERP is responsible for a continous screening regarding the European/ Chinese obligations. Also C&ERP will serve the producers as a communication platform to the national registers. In the medium term material streams for secondary resources towards China will be build up with regard to quality aspects.
